Tampa Picked As Site For 2009 Super Bowl
A NFL owners picked Tampa today as the site for the 2009 Super Bowl.

Tampa was the site of Super Bowls in 2001, 1991 and 1984.
This year it beat out finalists Atlanta, Houston and Miami.
Next season's Super Bowl will be February 5th, 2006, in Detroit.
It goes to Miami in 2007 and to a new stadium in Glendale, Arizona in 2008.

NFL owners voted in March to award the 2010 Super Bowl to New York, provided the Jets get approval for a 75,000 seat stadium on the West Side of Manhattan.
